About Little Caesars Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, Little Caesars was founded by Mike and Marian Ilitch in 1959 as a single, family-owned store. ft., Little Caesars Global Resource Center at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Columbia Street in The District Detroit features a first-of-its-kind façade and is more than double the size of the current Little Caesars campus in Detroit to accommodate the company’s rapid global growth and hiring. Brinker served as construction manager on the Little Caesars Global Resource Center (LCGRC) and World Headquarters.
